• Payment information: Subscription billing is handled by Apple In-App Purchase when subscribing through the Compass Live iOS app and by Stripe when subscribing through the Compass Live website. Compass Live does not directly store users' payment card details.

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform with access controls ensuring only you (and admin users you authorise) can view your records. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple: Used to process subscriptions purchased through the Compass Live iOS app. Payments are subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
• Stripe: Used to process subscriptions purchased through the Compass Live website. Payments are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
• Base44: Our infrastructure provider. Subject to Base44's Privacy Policy.
• AI models: Financial coaching prompts are processed by AI models via Base44's integration. Your data is not used to train external models.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Use the Profile page to manage your data or contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage solely to remember your in-app preferences (e.g. currency selection, trial timer). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Compass Live is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
